How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, exchange or under warranty please contact us.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received. Orders placed from Mon-Fri before 3pm Melbourne time will usually go out the same day.
